Another exciting season of college football is quickly approaching, and we are very excited to be part of your Mustang football experience. We provide catering services to suite holders, which include cold platters, hot foods, desserts and more. Review the policies and procedures below before placing your order to ensure the best product and service possible.

Catering Policies & Procedures
Placing Orders
University Catering is proud to offer outstanding catering services at Spanos Stadium. 72-hour advance ordering is necessary to achieve the best service, presentation, and quality for all guests. The suite host must call 805-756-1177 or email catering@calpoly.edu and include their phone number to place all orders. Any food or beverage ordered during the game will be billed to the suite host.
Billing and Credit Card Authorization
When University Catering Sales Office receives your email, we will call the phone number that was provided when ordering to get your payment information.
Cancellations
You may cancel any part of your suite order without charge by contacting the University Catering Sales Office at least 72 hours before the event. Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded.
Delivery
Food and beverage orders will be delivered to the suite up to 20 minutes before game times to ensure quality and temperature.
Equipment
All supplies associated with your order such as cups, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, corkscrews and bottle openers will be supplied. Keep your supplies in the same location to help facilitate the inventory and replenishment of products as needed. All food and beverage equipment and supplies are the property of Campus Dining and may not be removed from the suite. Replacement charges will be the responsibility of the suite holder.
Suite Attendant
A trained suite attendant will service your suite. This attendant can assist with game day orders or special requests. There is an additional $25 per hour (minimum two-hour) fee for this service. We can not guarantee specific attendants assigned to a particular suite
